Description
A set of vintage Henredon Scene Two dining chairs, crafted in maple, showcases the brand's commitment to quality and design. The chairs display a graceful blend of curves and lines, evident in the elegant arched backrests and gently sloping armrests. The original wood finish on the maple frames exudes a warm, consistent patina, highlighting the natural grain and character of the wood. Brass-capped legs add a touch of refinement, complementing the overall sleek aesthetic. The upholstery features a bold, striped pattern that remains intact and clean, offering a striking visual contrast to the warm tones of the wood. The fabric is snugly fitted, enhancing the overall silhouette of the chairs. Subtle scuffs on the legs and minor wear on the armrests reflect careful use over time, consistent with a very good vintage condition. These chairs, measuring 22 inches in width, 44 inches in height, and 16.5 inches in depth, with armchair dimensions slightly varying, provide ample comfort and style. The Henredon Scene Two collection is known for its distinctive design elements, and this set exemplifies that legacy, making it a fitting addition to a discerning collector's dining setting.
