Description

A vintage Boho rattan swivel lounge loveseat with a distinctive hooded design, this piece combines organic materials with mid-century flair. The rattan frame displays a rich, warm patina, indicative of its age, with minor scuffs adding character without detracting from its structural integrity. The curvature of the rattan is expertly crafted, forming a striking geometric pattern that encases the loveseat, including circular side details that enhance its visual appeal. The upholstery features a deep red fabric, providing a bold contrast to the natural rattan. While the fabric shows slight fading, typical of vintage pieces, it remains intact and complements the inviting, relaxed silhouette of the loveseat. The swivel mechanism is discreetly integrated into the base, ensuring functionality while maintaining the piece’s aesthetic cohesion. Measuring 54.5 inches in width, 59.5 inches in height, and 24.5 inches in depth, the loveseat offers ample seating space within its artistic frame. The design, while evocative of the bohemian style, also nods to the retro influences of the 1960s and 70s, making it an intriguing addition for collectors and enthusiasts of vintage furniture. Its robust construction and timeless design ensure it is both a practical and decorative element.
