Description
Make a bold architectural statement with this monumental vintage console table, a striking example of 1980s Postmodern design. Finished in a deep, lustrous espresso brown lacquer, the table features a sleek silhouette defined by smooth bullnose edges and a substantial pedestal base connected by a central stretcher. The design is both minimalist and highly functional, featuring a unique integrated side pocket within the leg structure—perfect for storing magazines or documents. Its high-gloss surface reflects light beautifully, creating a sophisticated focal point that commands attention in a grand entryway, positioned behind a floating sofa, or serving as a sideboard in a contemporary executive office. Impressive in scale, this expansive table measures 97.5 inches long, 24 inches deep, and 31.75 inches tall, offering ample surface area for displaying large art books, sculptures, or statement lamps. It is in great vintage condition, retaining its deep shine and structural solidity. The lacquer finish exhibits age-appropriate wear, including minor scuffs, surface scratches, and subtle patina consistent with its history and use, adding to its authentic vintage character. Acquire this sleek, architectural masterpiece to add a touch of retro-glamour and substantial elegance to your interior.
